All Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
If an item has been determined to have been damaged to unsatisfactory standards prior to reaching the customer, we will refund the full purchase amount for the damaged items. Items must be returned to the store at customer's expense, for which a credit will be applied to the customers store account for the cost of the postage amount.
A refund may take anywhere between 1-7 business days depending on your banking instituion.
Items wanting to be retuned for any other reasons than the above, (ie sizing etc..) are not eligable for refund. If you no longer wish to have an item, it can be exchanged for another item of equal or lessor value (within 7 days), or a store credit for the full amount upon being returned.
If you do wish to make an exchange, item(s) must be returned (within 7 days) at customers expense. The New item in exchange, will be mailed standard post to customer after return has been recieved.
